I am a naturally inquisitive and hands-on practical engineering student currently pursuing a Masters degree at UC Berkeley with a focus in mechanical engineering. My undergraduate was completed at CU Boulder in mechanical engineering with a minor in engineering management. I combined my interests in engineering, business, and medicine by earning a position as Treasurer of CU Boulder Neuroscience Club.
I have had the opportunity to work on a variety of different engineering projects, including mechanical, biomedical, electrical, and construction. I have been able to leverage these different experiences to build out my product design and mechanical engineering portfolio. These projects have allowed me to gain experience in manufacturing and design for manufacturing techniques.
In my free time, I love to golf, explore the world through skiing, and I am an aspiring pilot with a deep passion for aviation. A fun fact about me is that I built a sailboat when I was 11 years old, and I still sail it every summer!
I am focused on finding a career as a product design engineer in either the medical device or technology spaces. I want to apply my multifaceted background to create impactful products that have the opportunity to affect people’s lives. I have broad experience in collaborative work environments which makes me valuable and effective on teams.
